General Information: Reliable Enterprises offers a variety of housing services to at-risk populations as part of their commitment to ending the housing crisis in our community. We are the leading provider of permanent supportive housing in Lewis County, maintaining over 140 units between eight properties.

Permanent supportive housing, paired with targeted services for at-risk individuals and families, is the most effective measure against chronic homelessness. Stable, supportive housing not only reduces the financial burden of homelessness on communities, but also leads to more academic success for at-risk youth

  • What is the rent in your housing units?
    Each complex is different. For example, at Reliable Homes, rent is 30% of your income and at Mt. Vista Apartments, rent is a fixed rate at roughly $850.

  • Do you have a waiting list I can get on?
    We have waiting lists for Reliable Homes, the complex for homeless veterans, homeless adults with disabilities, and homeless mental health patients. Our other properties are rented on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Where am I on the waiting list?
    Unfortunately, we cannot give you exactly where you are on the waiting list as each complex has different rules, requirements, and situations governing tenants.

  • Do you provide case management?
    Yes! Case management is offered to tenants of several complexes including Reliable Homes, Reliable Place, Magnolia Place, and the Anderson Recovery Residence.

  • Are their apartments available?
    We currently do not have any availability but apartments do open up occasionally, so we encourage everyone to apply!

  • What documentation should I start to compile when I receive a call
